What conference facilities are available?

The conference room

  • Bookings are for the large conference room (Rounsefell Suite) only.
  • The standard layout of which is board-meeting style arrangement of 6 large tables, with seating for 14 around. It is possible to comfortably seat 18-20 around.
  • There are a further three tables in-situ which are generally used for buffets and refreshments and one large desk for presentations.
  • There are 30 additional chairs.
  • Hirers are free to arrange the chairs and tables to suit their requirements but they must be returned to the standard layout before the cut-off time of every booking (see images).

What catering facilities are available?

Kitchen

  • All bookings now include use of the self-service fully-fitted kitchen at no extra cost. There are two ovens, a large induction hob, a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot-water boiler and full size dishwasher. There is ample cutlery and crockery, and trays, teapots, jugs, cups and saucers, glasses and mugs, pots and pans etc.
  • All bookings include free self-service refreshments including teas, coffee, milk and juice.

 

Outside Catering

  • Outside catering options are available from various local suppliers.
  • Please note it is the hirer’s responsibility to arrange booking, delivery and payment directly with the supplier if this service is required. USUALLY ADVANCE BOOKING IS REQUIRED.
  • Also please note that any items which may need to be returned to a supplier (e.g. platters) must not be left behind after the booking – please take these with you and arrange the return directly with the supplier.
